This Privacy Policy and Terms document applies to Ente Market (customer & shopkeeper apps) and Aei Auto (driver app), developed by DeMoN Codes. We are committed to protecting your personal information and outline the terms of service below.

1. Refund & Returns Policy (റീഫണ്ട് പോളിസി)

Direct Shop Settlement: Since you pay the shop directly, any refunds or cancellation policies are decided and handled solely by the shopkeeper. If you request a refund or return, you must contact the shop directly, and the refund process will be entirely managed and settled by them.

2. Mandatory Item Receipt (സാധനം കൈപ്പറ്റൽ നിർബന്ധമാണ്)

Obligation to Accept Orders: Once you purchase or place an order for an item on Ente Market, it is mandatory that you receive and accept the item. Failure to accept or pick up ordered items is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3. Aei Auto Ride & Distance Fares (ഓട്ടോ ചാർജ് നിർണയം)

Pickup Distance Fare: When you book or call an auto via the Aei Auto app, the distance and fare calculation starts from the location where the driver starts traveling to pick you up. Distance traveled to reach the pickup point is billable.

4. Aei Auto Lost & Found Disclaimer (ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം)

Liability for Belongings: If any item or goods are forgotten or lost inside the auto/rickshaw during a ride, neither DeMoN Codes (Ente Market / Aei Auto), the drivers, nor the shops shall be held responsible or liable for any lost property.

5. Information We Collect

Google Account Info — Name, email address, and profile photo (via Google Sign-In)
Location — GPS coordinates to show nearby shops and drivers on the map
Profile Details — Shop name, vehicle number, phone number that you provide
Device Token — Push notification token for alerts and order updates

6. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and profile
To display your shop or vehicle to nearby users
To send push notifications for orders and location requests
To allow users to find and contact you

7. Location Usage

Ente Market & Shopkeeper: Location is used only when registering your shop on the map. Not tracked in background.

Aei Auto: When you are ONLINE, your GPS location is shared with nearby customers every 30 seconds. When OFFLINE, no location is collected.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your public profile (name, phone, location) is visible to other users of the platform. We do not share data with third parties.

9. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Render servers with MongoDB Atlas. Data is retained as long as your account is active.

10. Account Deletion

To delete your account: Request Account Deletion or email renjeesh.n15@gmail.com. We process deletions within 7 days.

11. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
